Chef Maeve's German Sticky Buns Recipe
Ingredients for Dough
· 3 1/3 Cup high gluten flour
· 1 tbsp 1 tsp dry yeast
· 3 tablespoons sugar
· 1/3 Cup Salted Butter
· ½ Cup 2 Tbsp whole
· 2 Eggs
Ingredients for filling
· 1 Cup dark brown sugar
· 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Ingredients for Topping
· ¾ Cup Salted Butter
· 6 Tbsp brown sugar
· 1 ½ Cup golden raisins
Preparation
1. Mix all dough ingredients in mixer
2. Using extra oil, oil bowl
3. Place dough in bowl
4. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes
5. Roll out and cover using Filling
6. Roll into log
7. Cut into 12 rounds equally
8. Mix topping and place on bottom of the pan
9. Place 12 rolls on top of the topping
10. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes
11. Place in oven for 25 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until golden
12. Remove from oven and flip onto serving platter
13. Serve warm
