Chef’s Kiss at Home collaborates with Chef’s, Designers, and Celebrities all leaders or notable figures in their industry. We take the upmost pride in offering our customers high-quality products that perform at a high level.

Product Use and Care (Knives): 
Your knives are dishwasher safe at temperatures under 130 Degrees Fahrenheit. To best preserve the appearance and performance of your cutlery, we recommend washing them by hand with lukewarm water, a mild dishwashing soap, and a soft cloth or sponge, drying them immediately.

To prevent staining, rinse the blades with water and wipe dry immediately after use. Over time carbon steel blades will naturally darken and turn gray to black. A non-abrasive metal polish can be used to remove light stains. If your cutlery develops rust spots, they can be removed with an abrasive bench stone or rust eraser.

Do not use knives for separating frozen meat or cutting frozen or even semi frozen foods.

Using the knives for purposes other than preparing food can severely damage the blades and may void your warranty. Do not use your cutlery as screwdrivers or can openers.

Lifetime Limited Warranty:
Each product is under warranty to be free from defects in materials and workmanship while under normal use. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accident or misuse, scratching, staining, abuse, institution or commercial use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which may vary state to state.

How do I track my order?

Can I return or exchange an item?
You may only return or exchange brand new items, unused within 30 days of purchase. If you have a defect or an issue with your product, please check your warranty information.

How can I change or cancel my order?
Please email our customer support team, include the name on the order along with your order confirmation number, and please allow 1-2 business for a response. Please note that any refund received may take up to 3-5 business days before the funds appear in your bank account.
