Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Chef’s Kiss. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Return Due To Change Of Mind

Chef’s Kiss will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as items are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return for a refund to your original payment method. You have 60 days to request a return for shop credit.  

  • If you purchased Redo at checkout, your return shipping costs will be covered. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

  • Products must be unopened and unused to be returned. 

  • Digital downloads cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Discount codes cannot be stacked with any other sale, discount or subscription order.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 24 hours from the time which the order was placed. To exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Warranty Returns

Goods sold in Chef’s Kiss at Home are under warranty to be free from defects in materials ad workmanship while under normal use. This warranty does not cover damaged caused by accident or misuse, scratching, staining, abuse, institution or commercial use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

Chef’s Kiss at Home will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Chef’s Kiss to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Warranty Process

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

· refund to your payment method

· a refund in store credit

· a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Conditions for Returns

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

· The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days

· The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned, if they are:

· Made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

· Not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

· Due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

· After delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

· Damaged caused by an accident or misuse, scratching, staining, abuse, institution or commercial use.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Refunds cannot be issued on items marked as Final Sale.
