Chips Ahoy Cherry Cobbler
INGREDIENTS
Cherry Filing
6 cups Frozen Cherries- not drained
5 TBSP Salted Butter
3/4 Cup granulated Sugar
2 TBSP Cornstarch
3/4 Cup water
Cherry Chips Ahoy Streusel
3 Cups Crushed Chips Ahoy
1/4 Cold Diced Butter
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Dried Bing Cherries Chopped Finely
FILLING METHOD:
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE POT AND BRING TO BOIL. BOIL HIGH FOR 2 MINUTES- POUR INTO BAKING DISH, BUNDT PAN OF CHOICE.
STREUSEL TOPPING METHOD:
COMBINE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL USING YOUR HANDS OR PULSE IN KITCHEN-AID TO LOOSELY MIXED.
BAKE:
PLACE STREUSEL ON TOP OF CHERRY FILLING – BAKE FOR 25 MIN AT 350 DEGREES
