Blackberry Jam Cake with Caramel Sauce Icing

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Salted Butter
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Blackberry Jam
3 Cups All Purpose flour
1-Cup Buttermilk
5 Whole Eggs
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Allspice
1 tsp. Nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
- Cream Butter and Sugar on medium using paddle
- Beat in Eggs one at a time
- Add Flour, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Allspice, Nutmeg, Salt
- Add Jam and Buttermilk beat on medium till combined
- Bake 45 min at 350 in two 9” round pans
- Let Cool
- Add caramel sauce between the layers and pour over top layer
- Top with a few fresh blackberries
