Homemade Cajun Seasoning
Use as a seasoning on grilled meat, vegetables, fish, poultry and more.
• 2 tablespoons paprika
• 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
• 1 tablespoon pink salt
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon oregano
• 2 tablespoons garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons onion powder
• 1 teaspoon cayenne (add more if you like it spicy
Options: For Paleo version, use all organic seasonings
Instructions: Mix together all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Keep in an airtight container. At room
temperature, will keep for 3 months.
