INGREDIENTS
8 oz Salted Butter Softened
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Almond Extract
1 Egg
3 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Rolled Oats
DIRECTIONS
Cream Butter and Sugar in Mixer
Add one Egg
Add Almond Extract
Add Flour
Add Rolled Oats
Mix on low till ball forms
Shape into 36 Eggs
Bake 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes till golden edges
Dust with powdered sugar or dip half way in melted white chocolate!
